Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We do all our shipping through Canada Post. We offer several shipping options for Canadian and US customers. We also offer flat rate shipping for international orders.

If you are shopping from Canada, we offer Priority shipping, which will arrive the day after your order is shipped, Xpress Post, which should arrive two to five days after your order is shipped, and Regular Parcel, which should arrive two to nine days after your order is shipped.

If you are shopping from the US, we offer Priority shipping, which will arrive the day after your order is shipped, Xpress Post, which should arrive three to five days after your order is shipped, and Regular Parcel, which should arrive within twelve days of being shipped.

International orders may take longer to arrive due to delays at customs.

If items are in stock, we ship orders within 3 business days of receiving them. You will be sent an automated email message when your order ships.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. These charges are not included in the shipping charges. To find out what local customs duties or taxes might be required, please contact your local customs office.

Also, kindly note that we can not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the United States or other nations. Shipping to Canadian PO Boxes will be done through Canada Post.

TAXES

Residents of British Columbia, Canada will be charged PST (7%) and GST (5%)

All other customers will be charged GST (5%)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from CompleteBodyWorkout.com, you are welcome to exchange or return unwashed and unworn merchandise with tags still attached.

Please note that there are some items that are final sale and nonrefundable: Water bottles, head wear (caps, headbands), wristbands, underwear and sale items.

RETURNS:

Please examine all merchandise for any defect before removing tags, wearing, or washing.

Unwashed and unworn merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All hangtags must be attached and proof of payment must accompany the merchandise at time of return. All returns are subject to inspection by CompleteBodyWorkout.com.

Returns must be shipped to Complete Body Workout Inc. Walk-in returns are not accepted.

Your Invoice Number will be your Return Authorization number, please note it on the outside of your return package.

We suggest that you ship your returns using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or Canada Post. COD orders will not be accepted.

When your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refunded.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges must be received within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will ship your items via Regular Parcel with any additional purchases you would like shipped free of charge (within Canada only). Please contact us to arrange these additional purchases. This offer is extended once for each exchange order with paid shipping. If you wish to have the item expedited to you then you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.
